An integrative behavioral healthcare center in Hilo, Hawaii, Pacific Quest treats individuals aged 13 to 24 for various conditions, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Working in a combination of residential and outdoor settings, Pacific Quest (PQ) therapists and healthcare professionals focus on whole-person wellness that helps students develop critical life skills in a safe, nurturing environment.

Pacific Quest students meet with a primary individual therapist several times a week and attend several group therapy sessions. In group therapy and peer discussions, students gain the community's support as they explore personal issues and address goals. PQ complements its clinical programming with therapeutic modalities such as horticultural therapy, which uses gardening to help the nervous system while building a relationship with the natural world, and a wellness model that addresses nutrition, sleep, breathing, movement, and more.

A member of the National Association of Therapeutic School and Programs, Pacific Quest facilities are licensed as a Therapeutic Living Program through the Hawaii State Department of Health.
